All personal training sessions begin with a comprehensive body fat analysis, measurements and before pictures. We will sit down, discuss your goals and come up with a schedule and training program to maximize your results.
Personal training prices begin at $360 per month.

Semi-private Training*
Train with the people you love most and help motivate each other! These are private sessions for two or more people at a time that works best for your schedule. (Not available at the same time as regularly-scheduled boot camp classes). $150 per person (minimum 2 people) for 8 classes.
